Diana and Dorina are both from the 4th world, so the'll know the lingo
(even if I don't). If it is Sperethiel, won't some younger elves who have
learned the language also understand?

Brandy, for instance, can be expected to know it. Sperethiel is a
language she learned very young. She grew up in the Tir. Ah... this is
all background stuff. Suffice it to say that yes, if a character has a
strong background reason as to why she knows the language, she'll be able
to read it.

But, the number of Sperethiel speaking posters should be sufficiantly
small enough that odds are that won't be a problem. It's like posting in
Latin, but even more obscure. Especially if they're using very high level
Sperethiel, or something like 'arcane' Sperethiel (ack).

So, assuming that the people on this list make up a small number of the
actual readers/posters in the 'real' shadowrun world, one or two people
being able to read it isn't a bad compromise. It's probably better odds
than the number of people who would have been able to un encrypt anything
that was posted in an encrypted format....

And if they're able to read Sperethiel, odds are they were probably in an
information position to learn of the happenings anyway. That is, most of
the folk that speak it very fluently are Princes, and other vaguely
annoying things like that. They tend to have their own information
networks...
