Anyway that's pretty meaningless now, I guess. I finally broke the encryption.
I think I might have an idea on what's going on. Scourge needs to see ASAP.
Unfortunately, _I_ don't feel safe transmitting it on matrix. Swing by, I'll
be at shop. ]<<<<<

that _SHOULD_ be important to you. Unfortunately, I don't feel safe
broadcasting it you via here. Which means you need to tell "Gunner" how to get
it to you. Later ]<<<<<

bad.
Anyway, I think enough data to nail the guy who pulled the hit and the person
who asked for it. Curious, eh?
+++++ include case.dat
I figure if normal conviction procedures the guy could skate but his rep would
be ruined. Handled by KE, he might grill though due to inter-department
fights. No chance on catching the sniper unless you feel like spending money.

following? I think there may be a chance that your sniper might be the one
gunning for DragonEyes.
Of course the other options aren't too pretty either.
Oh -- while I'm here . . . it appears that Doc Wagon lost DragonEyes. No clue
at this point if it was on purpose or because of a run. ]<<<<<
