suprise us all again. I don't know if I ever informed you or not of my groups
decision regarding your activities. Yes I know what you're going to say, you
couldn't give two hoots as to what my organisation thinks. But you should
know that IMAS is quite a large group, I think we have 5 major centres around
the world now. Admittedly this size makes us inefectual in some ways but
smaller groups of us have been know to help erradicate Magical Threats in the
past.
But I diverse, the matter concerning Insect totems has been discussed among
those 5 major groups that I mentioned. 1 month ago a convention was held in
NY, unfortunately I was unable to make it. As you know our group's primary
aim is to research and develop magic, and to use it in the community by
educating people and keeping watch over those who would hope to abuse it. Well
the convention decided that there was nothing intrinsically wrong with insect
totems, though the shamans amongst us spoke most forcefully against this view.
There is however still suspicion as to the amount of control a willing host
still has over their body after a merge has taken place, it is to this means
that our group has proposed research into the matter.
As you may know I'm currently out of town but I will give you a number to ring
Mr Lowe (SEA-6549-640098), ask for Sean Babrouk, he is a hermetic mage amongst
us who has been given the task of learning. I understand that you wish to keep
your own doings secret but Sean will happily accompany you on any expedition
to help rescue Spirit. If you could explain thnigs to Sean as they are
encountered then I'm sure that the understanding of the true nature of these
things will be widened.
I hope you accept my request Mr Lowe, it is only the truth that my members
want. So far we have only sketchy reports of sane magicians who summon these.
Myself and my companions once came across a mad magician who had been kidnapping
people and using them as unwilling hosts. He had to be erradicated, but that
does not mean that all who follow Insects are mad. Please accept my request
Mr Lowe and ring Sean, I'm sure you will find him a most intresting fellow.
