A friend, Forged, and I would like details of what happened. Either
you can tell it to me here, or you can meet us and tell it to us in
person. ]<<<<<

Now, the best match we came up with was this charmer, who Lynch knocked
heads with in Miami.

I'd go after the sonofabitch, but he'll have crawled into a deep hole
and he'll be wary as hell. Good way to get myself killed, if you ask
me.]<<<<<

cross-referenced the picture with my friend's memory and we concur with
your assessment. It was most likely Haze. Combat tactics would
probably give you the final piece you need to get a successful
identification. I don't know what I am going to do with that
information, but I will try to put it to good use.

If you decide to take him out, my friend's recommendation are the
following:

1) Lure him into thinking it is a fair fight, but don't fight fair.
2) Have a magician (if not more) on your side. He works typically
alone and has difficulty adjusting to changing tactics by his
opposition.
3) He is not used to being the hunter and then suddenly turned into the
prey. Turn the tables on him as soon as possible. The government has
the resources, and he is one man. No matter how lucrative the contract
on Lilith was.
4) The government should have a lot of information on him. Make use of
it. Knowledge will help you win in a confrontation against him.

I, however, believe it is time for a mental exercise, Lieutenant
Colonel. Why kill Lilith now? I believe the answer to that will be
more crucial than when and how to go after Haze and make him pay for
his crimes.

Good luck to you, and thank you for the sniper's name. ]<<<<<
