Again, this is Charlie Fingers on the Mil Tech story. A late breaking leak
from the New Orleans Police has confirmed rumors that military grade explosives
were used to demolish the Mil Tech facility. Apparently, the explosives were
FAEs, or Fuel Air Explosives, devices where highly flammable gasses are releasedinto the
atmosphere, allowed to fill the entire area, and then ignited for
a totally devastating effect. Based on this knowledge the NOPD has ruled out
the possibility of collateral damage as the cause of the explosion. Till later,
