>>>>>[I have managed to place listening devices in some of the places
that James Calfo frequents: his car, his house, and in "his" booth at
the club "Headlights." I can continue recording these conversations,
but would prefer to hand the recording and analysis over to one of your
other employees on this matter. The following are the frequencies,
spectrum spread pattern, and interrogation codes that they use:

They should not be found under normal circumstances unless one of your
assets chooses to interrogate them just as an anti-surveillance sweep is
being conducted. Be forewarned as well that they only have memory for
30 minutes of low-quality voice recording. Perhaps the Stranger can be
of assistance here.

So far, my assets have not been able to discover much regarding your
immediate concerns, although there has been some veiled mention of a "K"
person. I am attempting to ascertain how much Mr. Calfo is directly
responsible, and how much he has delegated to subordinates. I have
attached a file that includes acquisitions that may be relevant:

+++++include Hammer Recordings 291063.audio

You had also asked for an assessment of the cost to discontinue his
current existence. I would currently put the value of this particular
man's life at >>respectable sum<<. He is not the "Don" that he
would
purport himself to be. However, he does have his "family" after a
fashion, which makes the task considerably more difficult and leads to
difficulties were his associates to desire revenge.]<<<<<

>>>>>[Figure Soraya can live without a few of the recordings, but I want
to keep this one.

+++++include Columbine1.audio
[The audio file contains a poorly recorded set of magma jazz sung to a
minimalist accompaniment. The lounge siren's voice is clear over the
muted chatter in the audio foreground, and even that dies down after the
first song. She is announced at the end of the set as 'Columbine' to
raucous cheers and wolf-whistles from the club.]

Dearest Jimmy, snared by a torch singer. So eager to live up to your
own mystique that you've almost made it too easy. Looking at your
unwrapped present, you barely asked two questions. And the line about
being frail and needing my filter-mask just sucked you in all the
harder. To see the way you look at your men when they look at me.
Priceless. It's going to be a shame if Soraya wants you dead. There
are too few clichés walking this world. But a job's a job.]<<<<<
