Under what authority?

Feel free to contact Director Mallinger, and if necessary the
Whitehouse. Project clearance doesn't come much higher. Judicious
editing of essential materials could be mistaken as an attempt co censor
certain sections. That being the case, an important investigation
involving an international situation might be jeopardised. It would be
preferable to not have edited versions. I don't think we need to get
into the politics of the matter but I'm sure that you'll understand
there is more at risk than someones sensibilities here. Let's not start
a posing contest please.

inability of SOCOM to achieve the simplest targets without massive
collateral involvement.

Consider yourself in deep here Sergeant Major. You have just entered a
playing field above your rank and station, and insultingly addressed a
superior officer in an affiliated agency, as well as being in breach of
several government authorised co-operative instructions. By Federal
Statute 109.238/445/1998 ratified by Congress and the then US
President, further ratified by 13 Intelligence and Federal Agencies,
you've just broken several regulations and two Federal Laws. I'll be
talking to you, personally.

A report will arrive on your superiors desk when he arrives for work in
the morning, a copy is on it's way to Project Co-ordinator Senior
Director Mallinger, and Senior Director Sheargon in DC. We will
obviously have to settle this the hard way. Your reticence to co-
operate at this time will be considered as an attempt to conceal vital
information and prevent a Federal Officer from the execution of his
duty, as well as attempted abuse of security protocols. I'll add in a
few other charges for your superiors.

that someone is being damned awkward concerning the recent demise of
Titan during questioning. Certain transcripts are claimed to contain
confidential information concerning SOCOM operatives, and will be edited
accordingly. There's sufficient reason at this time to believe that
this editing will falsify or negate essential information concerning the
ongoing Haze situation, and Titans demise under questioning.
