A know Lynch can't do much with the info if he follows SOP or even the
law, but I respect, and fear, yeah, fear him, 'cause he's a man I'd
liked ta have as boss while A was with de enforcin'`troops. Not some
"we-can't-do-this-or-that-law-doesn't-allow-it"-whimp, but with da will
to change things, and just do it. He's capable, and dangerous, and ya

don't care about killin' 'em. Shit, they're only gonna kill you anyway,
so fuck it, frag 'em first and get it done.
