>>>>>[ CD: Commander Drake
MX: Marshal Xavier Qoph
SR: Sergent Ronald
LSR: Lone Star Representative

SR: Lone Star says that the target vehicle has entered a warehouse and no
other vehicles have exited the building. Here's the address. (data
transfer)

CD: Got it, Ronald.

MX: ETA to that address, Commander?

CD: Me, or the ground units?

MX: Both, of course.

CD: Me, about 10 minutes. 20 if I'd not gotten off the ground when I did.
The nearest ground unit is about 8 minutes away, though I'll have the unit
pause and wait for the rest of the units to hit. Ronald, dispatch a
forensics unit too. If they're not here, I want to know everything about
the building.

SR: Right away, Boss.

MX: By the way, Commander, what's the assult force look like?

CD: Me and 7 armored agents in the chopper, a Mobmaster with 12 agents in
armor, and a cover unit in a Landrover, 5 agents. Three magicians, one of
which has already vacated and is hopefully watching the address from Astral.
We're well prepared, Marshal. Probably overprepared, but I'd rather not have
to worry about it.

MX: And the assult plan?

CD: The chopper will drop explosives on the roof of the warehouse and blast
a hole. The Mobmaster will drop agents and run support for the main entrance
and the cover unit is taking to the roofs to snipe.

SR: Not Montoya again....

CD: Not this time, Ronald. He's too far out of position, although his team
certainly is the best sniper unit I've got. It's Father's unit.

MX: Father?

SR: The second sniper unit we've got in Seattle.

MX: Continue, Commander.

CD: With Father's team split over the roofs, we'll keep Lynch and his
friends from escaping and we'll be able to knock him unconscious if he tries.
And while the agents and the Mobmaster circle the top, the chopper unit will
blast the hole and then drop about 30 concussion grenades in, followed by a
speed rappell and arrest.

MX: Will it work?

SR: If the target is there, yes, sir, it will.

MX: What do you mean, sergent?

CD: He means that we don't have Lynch in custody yet, and until we do, we
can't count on anything.

MX: Did you warn him, Commander?

CD: Sir, if you have to ask that question, you don't know me as well as you
think you do.

LSR: The Star says that thier drone has just taken fire, Commander.

CD: What? FRAG! ETA is still 4 minutes. Cover unit is 2 minutes away.

LSR: Looks like InterPol owes us another drone, Commander. This one was
shot down.

SR: Which reminds me, Boss. The mage I showed the clip to thinks it was a
Wrecker spell that took out the tailing drone.

CD: Wrecker? Uh oh.... (intercom click off)

MX: Commander? Commander! Respond, Commander!

SR: Sir, Commander Drake is probably talking to the pilot or a mage to
defend the chopper against a possible magical attack. He'll be back shortly,
I'm sure, sir.

+++++ Time out: 24 seconds ++++++

CD: (intercom click on) Frag.

MX: Commander?

CD: Sorry, sir, but I don't have the time to talk right now. You are free
to listen, but I no longer have the luxury of talking.

MX: Commander!

SR: Sir, please. If you want the Commander to arrest Lynch, you need to let
him think and work without distraction. Please, sir.

MX: Ser...... Very well, sergent.

SR: Boss, do you need anything from me?

CD: Get that forensics off!

SR: (communication click on) Forensics! Get a chopper in the air, full
magical and mundane, to this address. Go NOW! (communication click off)
Boss, they're off.

CD: (click click)

MX: ETA, sergent?

SR: About 2 minutes. Cover should be arriving any second now.

CD: DREK! FRAG! Sonofaslitch! Aargh!

MX: Commander?

CD: Sir, they're gone. Astral says that they took off after casting
Sterelize on the place. She was able to shield some of the area from the
effect, so we may have some evidence yet. She's also got a description of
the model of the vehicle, but no plate number. Did Lone Star catch anything?

LSR: Not to my knowledge, Commander. The rest of the drones were coming in.
We might have some of the plate codes, but without more data, we won't know
for sure. I'm sorry.

CD: Thank you anyway, sir. Marshal. I'll be in touch after Forensics
arrives. ]<<<<<
