>>>>>[I believe this should reach you.

Greetings to you, my fellow hunters of the morally challenged.

My name is Tyrmalaine SoVor, I am, for want of a better term, a section
chief of Saedder Krupp Corporate Intelligence. I have been tasked to
investigate the activities of the group known as the Children of Thunda in
the UCAS, as the board feels threatened by their active anti-metahuman
stance. The board is now interested to know why your organisation has
stopped pursuing the members of CoT. I have also been directed to obtain
any intelligence you will part with so that we may continue the hunt where
you left off. I ask this one question, is co-operation impossible between
us? In this instance, and possibly again in the future, our interests
co-incide, so let us put aside the traditional corporation-state rivalry
and work together for a time. I have approached you because your group
appears to be the least hidebound of the assorted american agencies, and it
is my sincere hope that you will be able to bring them to the party, as it
were, if that becomes advantageous.

Why are we offering this co-operation after so many years of rivalry and
subterfuge? Because the winds of change may sweep away even dragons.]<<<<<

>>>>>[We have been ordered to cease our work in the Children of Thunda
case. Our methods were considered too ruthless by certain politicians,
who had us pulled off the case. At that we were fortunate: the FBI
counter-terrorism teams were disbanded and broken up.

The information we had gathered on CoT - which is now of no use to us,
since we can take no action against them - consists of the following.

+++++include CoT_dossier.dat

I'm sure you'll understand the occasional edits to protect our sources:
otherwise, you now know as much about them as we do.

As for future co-operation: yes, we would welcome it in those cases
where our interests were not too misaligned. There will always be cases
where Saeder-Krupp and the UCAS have conflicting goals: unfortunate but
true. However, there are also times when we could usefully co-operate
against a shared problem.]<<<<<
