poodle, additional frame shows a guy in his mid-to late 20's with exercise
pants (nice shiny type that will show everything with enough backlighting)
flirting with a rather attractive female in same neighborhood. Guy matches
all descriptions of Binder you've been given from friends. Yep, he's even got
a 'baseball cap' on for the Seattle Seahawks.
... sorry for the last one, Kray's collarcam snagged it, but she -was-
cute...
Anyway, what more would you like? Astrally his premises didn't seem
anything spectacular. I never ran into him though, so I don't know what
troubles may ail his spirit...]<<<<<
