Drake. Fragger geeks someone and has the fragging gall to say that he feels

How can you sit there and apologize for something you not only did, but
WANTED to do? Don't feed us this play-innocent drek that you wanted her
alive. Capping off that many shots while while cursing like that runs
kinda against such statements of intent. You wanted her pumped full of
lead ... a real professional would have realized there'd a been another time.

In fact, I might EVEN suggest you didn't want the sniper to shoot her
'cause you wanted to do it yourself -- but that's just me.

THEN, you come off and say you're sorry. That's a LIE. From the way
you acted, I'm surprised you're not openly jumping for joy -- The great
Commander Drake finally having delivered justice!

But was it justice? For one, If most of your operations end up that way
(I mean with the suspect showered in a hail of bullets lead instead of
arrested) then you deliver your "justice" with all the finesse of someone
repairing a watch with a hammer and chisel! Spirits, man, I've seen
razorboys act better than that!

And you talk about her crimes, of redeeming herself, which only convinces
me you've got your head shoved so far up your ass you're chewing on your
tonsils. She was to stand trial, right? That means she ain't been found
guilty yet, Drake! She died INNOCENT of those "crimes" ... BY YOUR HAND.

Think about that next time you feel like walking on water ... or begin that
"More Lawful Than Thou" spiel of yours.
