>>>>>[Not that I am normally picky on these things, but from your message
am I free to assume your group is all Homo sapiens sapiens? This is
Tarislar, an elven ghetto, from what I know of it. I myself am
H.s.sapiens, which shouldn't proveto be such a large difficulty, but being
an elf, for once, would be less obtrusive. Unfortunately, my build would
make me very odd-looking elf. So, I will be going in naturally. I plan
on making a "visit" tomorrow night. If you want to handle a visit on your
own with your camera running, I'd like to see a copy of it to catch
anything I miss while I am there.

It is good that you have a mage in your group. And I hope that he is well
soon. Due to its unpredictability, and ability to remain completely
masked from us...mundanes, I am especially weary of magical
security. As for your drones, just remember, they may have their
own and will be on the look out.]<<<<<

>>>>>[Yeah, just plain old boring saps here. I expect to still be checking
some of my street contacts and poking around on the Matrix tomorrow, so
youre on your own tomorrow night. It'd be suspicious if too many new people
showed up at once, anway. It'd also be suspicious if we never visit at the
same time, so if things go that far we should work out a schedule that
avoids suspicious patterns.

As for the magic end of things, I don't know how much you know about it, but
our mage says that if they have good enough magical security, they can scan
your aura to determine: whether or not you're a mage, if you have any magic
active on you, roughly how much 'ware you've got, and your "general
emotional state". This isn't instant, it takes a while to do with any
accuracy, so they may not want to spend the time or effort to do it with
everyone who walks through the door -- depends on how paranoid they're
being. His advice is to try not to worry about it -- if you walk around
being nervous and fearful and paranoid and "with deception in your heart"
it'll stand out. Yeah, I know that doesn't help much. But, he says, the
same sort of thing that makes mundanes think you fit can work here. You
know, acting like you belong and having a good cover story in your mind and
all that.]<<<<<
