We started out to rescue Lilith and monkeywrench FRAG, okay that part I
understand, but then we have zombies bursting out of the wood work, blood

the frag we got ourselves into?

On a more pleasent note, are any of you interested in becoming the proud
owner of a hell hound puppy? I got out of the hospital to find a half-dozen
of the little buggers romping around my apartment and my super having fits.

We broke up a gen-u-ine case of treason, which will probably never see
trial. Not sure whether I'm sad or glad about the trial part, but we
definitely cleaned up some nasty shit. Malfeasance, conspiracy,
homicide, lots of bad things that our little warlet put a stop to. I
figure that's the headline, and we can feel pretty good about it..


We apparently screwed up some ancient prophecy that would have let
"tentacle-faced monstrosities from the Outer Voids turn the human race
into tasty snack food." If you believe in that sort of thing, and
Quinn's translation of it, it's probably a plus.

We got Lilith out alive. For me, _that_ was the primary mission.

By saving Lilith, we kept Quinn from demonstrating the presence or
absence of her own WMD programme. (As far as she's concerned, if Maxim
can have them, so can Rodriguez Shipping)

Oh, yeah, and we got me busted and arraigned and put in front of
hearings. The usual rule: when the dust settles, hide the guilty and
punish the innocent and heap praise and honour on the non-participants.
I guess I'm going to be designated scapegoat for this little
contretemps, since I was just about the only active-duty participant.

Such is life. Shouldn't have joined if I couldn't take a joke, should
