>>>>>[Allow me to introduce myself. I am Darrick Erding, of Trans-Latveria
Enterprises. I have been led to understand that your new company, Serenity
Security, is in a bit of a financial bind. Unless I am mistaken, Serenity is
in debt, and is borrowing from your media company just to stay afloat.
Without a lucrative contract or financial assistance, Serenity may soon go
the way of the dinosaur. Perhaps I am wrong, but...

My point? I wish to help. I understand the nature of your company, and the
kind of assistance it can render. Serenity is a needed commodity. I want to
make sure it stays afloat.

My proposal, in rough, is as follows: Trans-Latveria purchases a 300,000
nuyen portion of Serenity Security. I realize that Serenity has no public
shares, and I have no real wish to change that. These shares would be
silent, non-voting, and would only be transferable back to Serenity (whenever
that would be deemed necessary). The 300K could be used in whatever fashion
deemed most necessary, but it might be wise to help pay off those debts. I
am, in essence, giving Serenity Security a wack of cred with no major strings
attached. I ask only in return that Serenity stays alive, and that
Trans-Latveria Enterprises recieves a nice yearly dividend, based on total
net profits.

Think of it as an extended loan. And please, do think about it.]<<<<<
