Prophet, for the past week I have been consulting the Vault concerning your
request. The included datafile, I believe, has the information you desire.

_Katrin Angela Cullen: Elven female of indeterminable age (no recoverable
records concerning date/place of birth were uncovered - flags set, data
search continues).
_Known Relatives: Ian Cullen, listed as employed by Aztechnology. No current
records. No reported sightings since being put on unpaid leave in
July of 2022.
_Known Aliases: Kat Martinez, Angel Ramirez, Angel of the Blood Moon.
_Known Activities: Priestess of uncertain rank in an obscure, but growing,
religious cult in Aztlan known as the Worshippers of Mictlantecuhtli.
Mictlantecuhtli is known as the God of Death in ancient Central-American
mythos. Recent gang activity on the west coast has been linked to the cult.
Goals of the cult are unclear but links have been established between them
and certain subsidiaries of Aztechnology; events attributed to the cult have
been reported in and around various properties belonging to Aztechnology.
The Mega-Corporation has taken no action against the cult and denied any
association with them or knowledge of their activities.
_Known Residencies: Believed to be residing in the vicinity of San Diego.
Past places of residence have included Los Angeles and San Francisco in
California Free State and the Seattle Metroplex. Sightings in the past ten
years have placed her in Atlanta, Dallas/Ft. Worth, Phoenix, Denver, Chicago
and Kansas City. There have been reports of violent gang activity in
hispanic city sectors that match the dates of Katrin's visits. None of these
visits have lasted over a month to date.
_Known Abilities: Tested positive, at a young age (December 2022), for
magical ability. No thaumaturgical schools were attended but she has been
reportedly using that ability to her favor in the Worshippers of
Mictlantecuhtli.
_Conclusion: Very hard individual to nail down. Possibly a powerful leader
in the Worshippers of Mictlantecuhtli. With the cult possibly having a
connection to Aztechnology (and thereby the Aztlan government) the Vault
recommends caution in any dealings with Katrin Cullen.

How's that grab ya, boys and girls? Little sister is a fraggin' blood cult
priestess in Aztlan! These guys ain't nice either; before I left the
Rangers we were briefed about this cult in particular. Seems they like to
get a little messy at their clubhouse meetings. Multiple missing person
reports always pop up right before any organized gathering of the cult.
These cases have been written off by the authorities down there as
"suspected homicide, body unrecovered."
We need to discuss this after we finish up here in Frico. ]<<<<<
