My Lord Prince Solarial -- there have been certain.... problems
involved with the attempts at contacting the individual which we had
previously believed to have been destroyed. The main difficulty lies in
the fact that we cannot keep any file mentioning any variation of his
name, or a large number of his aliases, for over two hours when linked
into the Matrix. As well, we have had two 'cold storage' systems raped
in such a manner as well.
It may be a virus; it may not. If it is, we currently do not have the
capability of keeping it out of our system. Apparently neither does any
other House, nor the Tir Compatability Administration. All records of
the individual in question have been eliminated from the Matrix.
High-level inquiries into like occurences throughout the globe return
various results:
Ares Macrotechnology: Files missing
Aztechnology: Files missing.
Aztlan: Files missing, as well as several million nY in funds marked
for military personnel. Numerous individuals' files have
disappeared from within the Aztlan military as well, leading
to the suspicion that they were aliases of the gentleman in
question.
MCT: Denies existance of any files.
Fuchi: Files missing, again with personnel funds and files.
UCAS: Files missing from FBI, Secret Service, military, and IRS data-
banks. Funds missing from FBI, military, and IRS accounts,
amounting to a quarter-billion nY.
UK, TNO, TT: Files missing from military and intelligence departments.
Again, personnel funds and files missing, TNO only.
Amazonia, CAS: Files missing from all government bureaus. Personnel
funds and files missing.
Nemesis Conglomerate: Files missing, including genetic data. Shares
held by the gentleman have been sold to undisclosed individuals.
Off the record, Mr. Kowalski (CEO of Nemesis) admits to being
unable to discover who holds the outstanding shares, which
amount to 23.7% of the Conglomerate.
Avalon: Files missing, including genetic and magical data.
I think my Lord Prince gets the picture. According to an estimation
compiled by Prometheus, a total amount of around four and a half billion
nuyen has been stolen or raised by the individual in question.
We do not know why, and we appear to have no way of finding out.]<<<<<
