Never get into a drinking contest with an German or an Aussie--it's almost as
though tolerance is in the genes. I got drunk under the table by some Aussie
named Bruce on New Year's Eve...I couldn't believe it. These people normally
drink TRASHCANS full of beer, and then try to engage you in conversation...
after a while their accent gets so bad that you can't follow a word they're
