This is Charlie Fingers, coming to you from the Metroplex Courthouse in New
York with the latest information on the Jackson hearing.
Earlier today, in a closed session, a Grand Jury indicted Dr. Alexander Jackson
on all 14 charges and scheduled the trial to begin in approxately one week.
Due to Dr. Jackson's unusual metatype, the trial will be rushed along as
quickly as possible.
Commander Drake, the officer in charge of Dr. Jackson informed us that the
prisoner was in fact a Vampire. Apparently, this fact was known to the Grand
Jury and did not influence their decision to go ahead with the trial instead of
push for an immediate execution due to his nature. Drake also informed us that
Dr. Jackson was comfortable and continually drugged with a time released
compound that keeps him from becomming incorporeal or dangerous as we all know
Vampires to be. I have been informed that a mob has formed outside the Interpolbuilding
demanding immediate execution of the prisoner.
At this point, there has been no comment forthcoming from Dr Jackson himself.
