SIGA, as a _Governmental_ entity, is not part of the Corporate Military-
Industrial Complex. In fact, if I recall correctly, one of the purposes
of SIGA is to keep an eye on corporate actions that may run counter to
the desires of the UCAS. If anything, one would think that if this
so-called SIGA Gestapo existed, it would be wanting to crush the
Corporations under their jack-booted heel so as to make them once-more
subserviant to the nation within which they have their enclaves. In so
doing, they could return their nation to being the preminant
organizational unit of society, much as the Government/Corporation of
Aztlan/Aztechnology has done.

Indeed, if the Corporate Military-Industrial complex wished to oppress,
enslave, or anihilate UCAS citizens, or the UCAS wished that of
corporate citizens, then SIGA and the corporations would find themselves
very much at odds. In fact, since most companies are in such dire
competition that they have, more or less, created the "shadowrunner"
(forgive the use of that boorish term), the idea of them acting as a
unified "Complex" is frankly, ludicrous. Since such a foolish measure
holds little incentive in terms of profit--no corporation can exist
without customers and enslaved workers are unproductive workers--I think
most of this board, as well as I can at least go to sleep at night
without having to worry about the deadly mechinations or suffocating
tentacles of the Corporate Military-Industrial Complex.

any anomallies from Ms. Anderson's or Ayanami's systems. Which is weird
in and of itself given that posting from Bungle about the possible
resurrection of Lynch. Maybe they don't know, they are on station after

Observe, though, how rapidly the Agency then struck down the FBI
Projects, who shared in that success and who evidently could not be
deceived or bribed. SIGA's executioners disguised themselves as "The
Children Of Thunda" and continued their massacre of all those identified as
posing a threat to the Agency's scheme for domination. They efficiently
destroyed the Projects en passant In the process, fabricating evidence of
malfeasance in some cases, and simply murdering those FBI agents where
this could not be made to stick. Why? Because the FBI threatened their
scheming.



It is widely known that certain corporations harbour ambitions far darker
than mere accumulation of wealth. Observe, for instance, the expanding
and extending dominance of Ares Macrotechnology over the UCAS.
Incident after incident shows their intentions.

For instance, it was an Ares unit that released the infestation of insect
spirits that so shattered Chicago.

It was Ares who both supported Dunkelzahn's Presidential campaign, and
then assassinated him immediately he was inaugurated: in order that their
own candidate could seize the office of Vice-President.

the Containment Zone, freeing untold thousands of insect spirits to spread
among us.

Why was only the weak and ill-trained UCAS military used to secure the
Zone? Where were the elite corporate commandos? They were being held
safely in reserve by their masters, watching as the UCAS continued to
enfeeble itself: waiting until they can safely strike.

It was Ares who sprayed huge quantities of lethal biological weapons,
tailored particularly to destroy magicians, over the Chicago metroplex.
Why kill the magicians? In order to hide their collaboration with the insect
spirits, of course.

Both Jason and Lilith Lynch have close associations with Ares. Lynch
himself was, openly, a member of their "Special Strike Force" over a dozen
years ago. Yet he supposedly plies his deadly trade for the UCAS
Government _against_ his former masters.




Does not the pattern become agonisingly clear? Ares, through its SIGA
puppets, intend to secure dominance over the UCAS. It cannot be denied:
the pattern is blatant and obvious to those who do not blind themselves
with denials.

And your ingenuous mutters about "enslaved workers" are true only for the
human beings. When Ares has achieved its hegemony, and gives free rein
to its insectile allies, rebellious disobedient humans will be converted into
mindless worker drones. Efficient, obedient slaves who live only to work,
consume only the minimum resources needed for survival, and serve their
overlords with a mute and complete loyalty.
