>>>>>[ Be a bit more exact with the location next time, Chaos. We
tried to find you, and cruised into Redmond. Well, we found fires all
right - gunfire. We entered through 124th and nearly made it four
klicks till a group of Rusted Stilettos out to party decided to play
trick AND treat with us - a variant really loved in Redmond of that
good old trick or treat game I have been told corp kids do on 'ween.

We were sure to produce noise if we'd play along, but I decided to
leave them, as we were out to party, not war, so jumped the bridge over
Sammamish River and drove southwards along the river. Sometimes one
gotta love ACVs...

We turned eastwards along the 116th again, heading for Avondale Road.
Not quite made it - some local gang (don't know their name, doesn't
matter anyways) set up fragging tank barriers cross the road near
162nd Ave NE - what did they expect??? Not a tank, I suppose, as their
heaviest weapon was a grenade launcher, and the silly sod wielding it
was in poser-position - in the middle of the road. He started running
when Ms Ellie popped open the rear turret, and nearly made 8 meters.
Then the good old Gatling got him. Some more rounds from anti people
weapon, plus a short demonstration of an autocannon from front turret
made it possible to open the barrier.

After that, we made it to Avondale Road at full speed, and southwards
toward Novelty Hill road, heading for the Banshee, as we thought you
might be there. Crashed a Friday Night Firefight Party at 106th street
NE, some orks partying with what looked like Humanis or COT, but we
didn't care for each other, everyone but one too busy - we took one of
the hooded humans with us for about a click who was stupid enough to
stay in the open. Slid of my trusty ACV when I turned into Novelty.

Being there, we were accompanied by a sixpack of Runnin' Jackals -
sorry if any RJ is reading along - who after the usual tribute
discussion took us as far as the Banshee. Unfortunately, you weren't
there, but some orther friends were.

An hour later, we departed again. Speeding south we encountered no more
problems then a few light weapon rounds till we hit Redmond Fall Rd NE
at 228th Ave where we interrupted treaty negotiations between a go-gang
and what looked like a Seoulpa ring. Well, both sides feeled jumped
onto, and suddenly we were in a fucking battle, where everyone and
their daughter took us as target of choice. I hit the accelerator, and
both stupid teams started following us, until they noticed they were
mixed. What followed ...

...was nice to watch from outside. Still cost me several scores of
ammo, and I will have to patch up some holes in my baby...

I cruised southeast onto Sahalee Way. When we met a couple of Ancients
out for party, we broke and ran, cruising Lake Sammamish till we met
I 90. Where the fuck did _you_ party? And... happy Haloween! ]<<<<<

Sorry, Fohdy. Figgered we'd be easy to find, but as you pointed out, seems
there was an awful lot going on down in the Barrens during Helloween Night.

Looks like you just missed us. We were about four blocks over from 116th,
on Brooksdale. The main party is held in the old Mannheim Theater and the
ruins of the Donns Convention Center across the street. I know the party
started early, about 6:00, but unfortunately my memory gets more than a
little fuzzy after about 10:00. Seems i had one too many drinks, and I
think someone spiked the punch, which is saying something since it's a
fragging Everclear mix to begin with.

Anyways, form what I remember, it was one hell of a party. Although we
won;t be using the Donn Convocation center next year unless someone
rebuilds. Looks like someone touched off one hell of a torch (And I do
seem to remembre dancing with my fire elemental at one point...) in there.
Not much left of about 1/2 a block around there.

Anyways, sorry you dudes missed it. It was a real blast...

By the way. I love that fireball piccy. I got it running as a screen
saver now. :]

Hey, didn't you run with Bull once? I seem to remembr the name from
somewhere...

Blah. I need sleep. My head feels like a the Spikes are playing with
hammers in my skull. Later.]<<<
