It's a simple job. We need a small, independent laboratory put out of
commission as permanently as possible: maximum property damage within
the facility, minimum collateral damage. Fatalities on-site are
irrelevant, but I'd personally prefer they were kept low or avoided.

I'd be happiest if there was nothing standing when you finished, but
"damaged beyond economic repair" will suffice.
