>>>>>[ Hoy, shatdowkids. Listen, I pulled some drek out of a ex-chummer
of mine -- I say 'ex' 'cause somebody Elvised him. I think it was Black
Ice, but I'm not sure, 'cause it fragged his deck to no end. This little
list is one file I stroked from the remains; there's another one, a big
vidclip that I think is interesting, but ...

Tell me what you think of this guest list, and if you'd want them over
for dinner.

As you can see, it gets fragged right there. But as far as I can tell,
they have people from at least five lesser corporations as well as the
UCAS, CAS, the Sioux and the Ute nations. All of this drek is taking
place at Harlech Castle. Frag, from what vid I've salvaged so far,
there are five fragging dragons there!!

Somebody tell me what the frag's going on?? Please??? ]<<<<<

>>>>>[Hey, Meghan, I found that guest list quite interesting. I think
what's going on is that some clever little devil finally figured out how to
create a significant disturbance in the existing social order by inviting
all of the big whigs to dinner then blowing the whole fragging castle
down over their corp-lovin' heads. That'll be cool!!
But seriously, if somebody's got enough clout to get all of these
fraggers in the same room together, you can count on some major, devious
planning goin' down on somebody's part. You can also count on some major
security, but of course that's not always a problem for some of us. <Hee hee>
By the way, just how red are you? I mean, they must call you Red for
some reason. (I like red-heads, hunny)]<<<<<

of those Frenchmen, don't bother. And yeah, I'm a redhead. So?

And, um, like I said -- my friend is now an ex-friend. I'm still slicing
the plazz off the dump I got from his deck, but as soon as I get something,
the Denver Nexus is gonna be the first to get a copy. No way I'm gonna keep
this anywhere less secure.... ]<<<<<

A very fuzzy image, the great hall of Harlech Castle all but filled with a
huge meeting. Three people are standing and arguing across the table at
each other -- one human male, caucasian, unidentified, but wearing a sharp
business suit and speaking in a Bostonian accent, one male elf, very tall
and of ... well, not quite negroid features, also unidentified, wearing
a white tee-shirt and jeans in what seems to be an uncomfortable manner,
and a third individual that can be confirmed as Lord Marchment, the Lord
Protector. A beautiful elven woman finally stands up from her seat at
one end of the table, rapping hard with a gavel.

"Please!! Lord Marchment, you are in my home; respect it. Dr. Kynes, with
all due respect to your agency, your government has done little, and the
rest of us want to know what you will be doing -- because, according to my
advisor, you _must_ do something, and soon. And you.... Urdli. You were
not even invited, but I have extended to you my hospitality. Now, I suggest
that you advise your ... 'friends' --" and the woman, now obviously the
Duchess of Snowdon, Rhiannon Glendower, indicates Lofwyr and another woman
even more beautiful "-- and keep out of the discussion proper."

All three men seem ready to continue the argument for a moment, but subtle
shiftings of Rhiannon's two cyberknight bodyguards apparently cause them
to reconsider, and sit.

There you go. Any ideas? ]<<<<<

anything at all. Even my public presence is a risk. But do not interfere
in these proceedings. They are far above you, and even myself. The
elves, especially that pretender Glendower and her toy soldier guard,
play with power, as if it was only theirs to command. You should be
thankfull that Lofywr,Rhonabwy, Celedyr, Griffin, and the Lord Marchment
were there, to balance her and the others out. Even Urdli will help
keep the others in line.

They discuss a matter of great importance, not only to them, but to you,
I, and the entire globe. Leave them to their proceedings, or you risk
much, perhaps even your own life. Do not waste it being
"nosey."]<<<<<
