Its a shit area. While haven is doing a great thing out there, they are more
like an island in the middle of a shit sea. You will note that LSS doesnt
rate the area they are in any high because of the lack of tensions. A gang
problem is a gang problem in our book. Just like with Skuff and his
people. I know they are good people and have done more to refurbish the
place than destroy it, they still carry automatic weapons and are as likely to
shoot at us as they are any other gang coming in to challenge them. They get
ZZ too.

I did a little digging around and there is some big whig from Interpol (You
find out what he has to do with this and I will totally clear your tab) named
Drake getting involved. That reminds me --

Last night we picked up a hispanic chum on a weapons charge last night. The
interesting part it this -- Hispanic, english speaking but with a
serious Aztlan accent. The weapon, a S-K assualt riffle was fairly well
decked out for a gutter punk. We were about ready to dump this putz into a
holding tank when some suit wanders in and starts flashing his badge around.

The kicker? We let the kid go. GUN AND ALL! Now, I didnt get to see the
badge this guy was showing but I can tell you this -- He must have been
from somewhere high up from some agency. Seems more like a
covert operation underway to me.

We have a meeting tonight about whats going on. It pisses me off (and
everyone else) when other Govt. agencies come in and start pissin' in our
pond. If they wanted the contract why didnt they bid on it?]<<<<<

Lissen up chummers and lissen good. Im only going to say this once.

This new 'gang' prolly aint no gang at all. And, if'n they are, they are
pretty damned well equiped.

After a little skating I came up with an arrest report that no longer
exists. It seems that last night some chummers over at lone star picked up
some drek for brains little ganger with a S-K assault riffle. Not just any
assault riffle, but with serveral clips of API rounds, smartlink II (yeah,
the good shit) and a decent enough gas vent set up to make it a dream to
shoot. The weapons charge would have stuck if it werent for some high-powered
Aztlan geek coming in and bailing him out of the hole.

Great...just great. The corps come and take over everything worth keeping
Now they are supporting their own gangs? Great. Just great.]<<<<<
