>>>>>[ Hello, out there.

I do not know who of you is still out there, but...

You may - or may not - remember we got help from a member of SIGA when
we entered the Containment Zone. He even more helped us getting _out_
of that hellhole. And he even erased the traces we were forced to leave
at the military's cell sample cells.

Now this person needs help. Team ODIN - yes, we are still out there -
will go, but we request help from anyone who's still out there and has
the time...

This time, it will be easy: No Invae, no mantis-shaped fire elementals,
just a few thousand soldiers trying to stop us rescuing some imprisoned
people from a desert.

Can't give you details on the run yet, not even what it will pay - but
it sure is a great opportunity to travel *grin* ]<<<<<

>>>>>[Hey Canis, how's biz?

Well, as I mentioned a couple weeks ago, me and Johnny are still a bit tied
up, and stuck down in the carib league for a while. We think Stands may
have moved into Atzlan, which scares the drek outta me. We're waiting for
more info befiore we head into there. Let's face it, the Azzies are almost
as crazy and nasty as the bugs, if not worse.

Anyways, that means we're out. Sorry.

However... Let me get in touch with Chaos and Mac. I'm not sure how well
they'll work in a Desert Op, especially Mac. He's a city boy through adn
through, but... They're good men to have at your back, and they're good.
As long as Chaos stays on track and Mac doesn't get a bee up his ass over
some minor details...

I think you've met them before, but here's a run down again on their
abilities.

Chaos is a Combat Mage, specializing in Fire and Illusion spells. He's
more than a bit cracked in the head, and likes to play with fire
(Literally), but he's a nice force of destruction, as long as you point him
in the right direction.

Mac, on the other hand, is almost the opposite. Mac's the quintisential
Samurai. Very thouroough, very professional, and very loyal. However,
he's a bit odd himself in that he's got a very strict eye for detail and
planning. He lost someone close to him once on a run that went bad when
his team didn;t follow his plans, and he's still pretty touchy about that.
But he's starting to mellow, I think...

Anyways, let me get in touch with them, let them know what's up, and have
them contact you.

Take it easy, and good luck. And tell the SIGA boys and girls "Thanks"
from me.]<<<<<

And Mac, my old friend. You keeping yourself outta trouble?

Anyways, you remember Canis? Well, he needs some help, and me and Johnny
are otherwise occupied. We owe him a lot, and I'd mark it as a personal
favor if you'ld help him out. The run will involve some sort of Desert
Extraction, with, and I quote, "a few thousand soldiers trying to stop us
rescuing some imprisoned people from a desert." Sounds like fun, doesn't it?

Anyways, please contact Canis if you're interested in more details.

Red Shift, previously known as Thor, are no longer available.

Avenger has been killed during the search for an article known as
"Twilight's Soul". Other members are MIA/WIA/KIA.

Unfortunately I must offer their apologies. Assistance will not be
available from them.

Monitoring of verious systems indicates that Heimdall is MIA, Loki is
also MIA, with maybe one survivor working solo. Zeus has disbanded and
is hiding somewhere in the UCAS outback. Thor is destroyed.

Sorry Odin. You are alone. Maybe existing contacts should be explored.

One mercenary force I am aware of that may be available for employment
is the Kalahari Romeos, under the command of Colonel Sean McDierning.
They are regrouping in South America at present, but have in excess of
500 troops, with logistical, air and armour reserves available. Mac
isn't cheap, but he's no slacker either.

May life have some peace in its heart for you.]

Please share with us the details of Clinton Harbinger's death?
Especially: Are any witnesses alive who _saw_ how he died? Clint's been
a friend, and as he was on a ... quest similar to ours, related to
ours, and initiated by the ... war we fought over here, I feel some
responsibility for his death.

Has his corpse been rescued, if so, will it be shipped out of the area?
Where to? Great Britain, the UCAS, Tir na n'Og?

What is the state of the rest of Thor, now Red Shift? Do they need any
help, like monetary or or contact-wise, we can offer? What about the
girl, Steph?

As for your pointer to the Kalahari Romeos, the operation we are going
to undertake will most probably be a secret rescue mission, therefore
bringing along 500 fighting troops may hinder more then help. If
they're friends rather then contacts to you, you may consider pointing
them to either the Corporate Court, or this Rusanov's merc unit (as I
suppose they will take place in the action-to-come).

I will go now, have a drink and remember the dead that we left behind
in our fight against the enemy. All those deaths...

May Wolf be with you. ]<<<<<

There are no witnesses how saw him die. He was investigating something
with 8 others, the squad was blown apart by an explosive device. From
what I understand the only evidence they found of Harbingers was his
helmet, an 8 inch shard of rock had been driven through it, the blood is
a match.

+++++Include: RS12A-7B/24.vid

His last action. I hope it helps you.

The quest as far as I am aware has finished. He was the only one who
knew what the next steps were to be. They cannot resolve the search now.

Responsibility is not your option. Harbinger was more than aware of the
dangers of his work, and faced them with the knowledge that one day the
odds would catch up with him. Everybody dies Canis, sooner or later.

His body has not been recovered. I believe Shado is heading an
operation to recover the body. Once recovered it will be buried in
Guyana, the Embassy have offered him full military honours. The British
in the Uk would spit on him first. NaNog? I think not, he has no
friends there that I am aware of.

Red Shift are financially secure. The operation that killed DA paid
sufficient to fund their next operation, and the funds DA had squirreled
away from their operations in Guyana and Venezuala should leave them
with sufficient to manage for a while at least. Red Shift is still an
active unit, and there is still work for them. Pharaoh leads at this
time.

Stephanie, as far as I am aware returned to her unit while they were
still in the Yucutan. You may if you wish pass the message to her
concerning the present situation. I do not know if she would care, but
she did work for them.

I am sorry that McDiernings group will not be of use to you. Good luck
in your efforts.

If you would pass a contact address to me for Rusnaov's group I will be
more than happy to give that contact to Mac.

Enjoy your drink and salute them fallen with grace. They will be
remembered.

Shit happens. It doesn't mean I like it much. In fact, I don't like it
_at all_.

I liked Dark Avenger, he was really rude at first but he did have good
reasons and he and his people were really professional and skilled and I
really liked working with them, and it really _really_ sucks that he's
dead and if I find whoever killed him then I'd like to say I'd kill
_them_ slowly and painfully, but I'd be too angry and upset and I'd
probably just rip their heads off right away. I can do that, you know. I
just don't do it very often because the people around me get scared when
I do that, and I get blood all over myself and it takes a long time to
get clean again, but for the people who killed DA I don't care. If I
wasn't so busy right now I'd go and help them, they might need it, but
I've got too much to do in my _real_ job, though I understand you might
