Hello Everyone and Anyone,

I was wondering how all of this works. Is everything done (IC)
in-character? What are the base rules for chat? Obviously no
Vampiric-Dragon-Hermetic Initiates, but are there any specifics? Any
help would be appreciated.

Thx,

Randy "Just-another-lost-wannabe" Nickel

1. Yes. Read the FAQ
2. Lurk for a while and READ the messages before contributing.
