For the record, how are we going to balance the scales for information

LSS finally released the information about what happened. The bomb squad
along with magical forensics went through the place with a fine toothed
comb. The triggering device along with the complexity of the explosives
was out of Wanderer's scope of abilities. He was likely just the pawn, as
always, in that particular aspect of it.

The truly interesting point was the recoilless rifle. It still retained the=
packing and shipping manifest, and has been tracked to Miami thus far. The=
group which provided the weapon to Miami is proving slightly more difficult=

The ultralight aircraft is being traced back by InterPol, but I have=

The truck was a local purchase, apparently refit locally with the C&C=
electronics. The refitter was found dead with a single bullet in the skull=
several months ago.

Finally, the electronics were very carefully purged of any distinguishing=

disassembled three of the communication systems, Maxim Security another 2,=
and the FBI 3. The components have not had their serial numbers removed as=
the completed unit had, and the code within the radios and encryption=
algorithms provides more than enough clues to properly identify the source.=
I am in the process of finishing coding several knowbots with advanced=
search features to match the software lots, optical chip lots, etc. and=
provide you with additional information on the tactical communications=
systems. I could probably start the search from base chip lots - each=
optical chip lot has a slightly different and documented physical structure=
and composition - but I do not believe such detail is required in this case=

Yes, I wish to be included in the astral recon (or is this going to be a
search and return mission). I dont know if I trust myself to lead just yet
either. I still am having troubles keeping her memories and reactions to
some strong stimuli, under control. I've run a couple simulator scenarios
involving the two perps and thus far my reaction times are on par. I have
not slowed significantly. To be honest, I have had to shut down the simulator
once due to overload. Things were a little too "real". I've run that
simulation 15 other times and I reacted without hesitation. I wouldnt give
myself a clean bill of health, but if you are willing to have me on your
team, thats my real assesment of my situation.

As to my enhancements -- Dont cringe where you hear this:

Headware: Cbooster, mneu enchancer, internal 'puter, maxed out internal
memory, maxed out data jack. For the most part, thats all you need to
update your records on me. Its all legal (smile). Oh, and eyes. I
had my eyes readjusted for my contract job in TNO. They dont rightfully
like mages coming in with "combat configured" eye modifications. Its been
so long since I've been in the vat that I dont remember if there has been
any other mods.

rooftops. Trackers and painters only. I'm not willing to shoot off an

too long about it. What help from me do you need to get there in, say,
the next 6 hours and not disturb either the bait or the target?

Not much. I'll give you all protection overwatch, but that's about the

Both. I'm going to talk to Lone Star in about a half an hour and get
them to loan us temporary use of a couple f thier traffic drones and I'll
have Martin change the optics accordingly. Lone Star does some of the
stuff themselves, but not the same frequencies we use.

And I want him unconscious this time, if possible. Last time you hit him
you left him awake. This time I want him, and whoever else is with him,
to know that he'd be dead if we wanted him that way.

Exactly. If I can force Lynch to make a mistake or two, we can
capitolize on them. It's too bad the car didn't pan out.

Sure was. Mr. Victor Becktor was a bit surprised to see us knocking at
his door with a Lone Star rep asking to see his vehicle. The drones
didn't spot anyone leaving, so Mr. Becktor wasn't hiding them. We didn't
need the raid teams after all. And I've put out a tag on that liscence
plate, not that I expect Lynch not to have changed the plate by now. But
Mr. Becktor was cooperative and promised not to drive his car until we
told him he could. So anyone using that plate gets tagged and tracked by
Lone Star and we get contacted.
