our delta-grade IMS to Yamatetsu. They have been trying to get their
hands on one for some time. Threat Analysis believes he may be
trying a move and this is his overture.]<<<<<

>>>>>[We prefer "psychosurgeon" - it fits his job description,
but
one of his degrees is in neurology so your term is not incorrect.

Technical Analysis believes that his input is no longer necessary for
the continuation of the Project. In fact, they are beginning to
worry about the integrity of the entire Technical branch. They feel
the only possible advances in the field can be made by Magical R&D.

On the advice of both Threat Analysis and Tech Analysis, I propose we
put Option Delta-9 into effect, as soon as the transfer of Acadian
can be arranged. We suggest he be transfered to System Design, in
Seattle. We do not believe Yamatetsu would avoid making a grab for
him there. We already have a list of targets in Yamatetsu for the
reprisal.]<<<<<

>>>>>[Our operation against Project Shining Light last summer
suggested they were slightly behind us at the time. We have also
intercepted several incursions into hosts leading to our Matrix,
incursions we believe originated with Project Shining Light. Threat
Analysis advises me that these are indicators that Project Shining
Light has reached a barrier. Threat Analysis also suggests we should
not worry about losing the SOTA to Project Shining Light if we move
Dr. Acadian.

As for losing the doctor altogether, I have calculated only a 27%
chance that one of my teams could extract the doctor, much less one
of Yamatetsu's.]<<<<<
