>>>>>[ Wolf 359, your assessment of the incident in Omega waters the other
day correspond with my information. I'm not suprised at all that Tirandor
would slaughter the crews of three transport ships just to keep a secret.

Tirandor's only interests in space has been the DDI comm sat(s) (I think he has
two or three of them.

For the first time in years I had trouble getting into the Intrepid's main
computer system. They've seriously increased their electronic security since
the MONICA disaster. I was beginning to lose faith in the Major Domo's ability
as a matrix programmer! That's fine by me though, I like a challenge, give me
a day or two and I'll have their master passcode encryption key.

A cursory examination of some of the more minor DDI systems such as the
Manhattan complex and the DDI atlanta systems, and cross checked with MagnaTech
didn't show anything conclusive about the DDI sats except that they were
bought through a contract with MagnaTech. I could find no record of who built
the actual satellites, my guess is that either Magna did, or the army did. As
far as I know, MagnaTech has no space development department as far as the
public knows, but we all know that MagnaTech is famous for doing things outside
of the public eye. ]<<<<<

>>>>>[ Nightfox, I don't think attacking the Intrepid is a very good idea.
If
they really are agents of the new Omega government you could easily start a
major international incident, and Quention and Trevor are serious political
infighters. They could take the physical/astral fight to the level of
international politics, where they will have the advantage. ]<<<<<

>>>>>[ That's the question we're all trying to answer. Dr. Doom, I assume
from your status that you carry considerable influence over in europe. If it
is possible, could you see what kind of leads you can get on Quention's
activities there during the EuroWars, especially any references to the chem
plant/drug factory he apparently took over in Copenhagen. I'm sure that your
ties with the German military are the best chance at deciphering whatever
Quention was trying to do back then, I'm sure that we'll find the origins of
his "master plan, alpha project (Tommy), and omega project" rooted somewhere
back then. I thought that the Sarge would provide some clues, but he seems
unreliable, and may have been partially brainwiped.

I'm going to try and access the control logs of the DDI satellites next, and
see if I can find any pieces of the puzzle there. ]<<<<<

>>>>>[ Paydirt! I got a line on General Trevor! Well, it's not much, but
its a bit of a lead. I followed all the references to magical research that
were associated with him and turned up a new tidbit. General Wendel Trevor is
a full mage, and is very powerful. I haven't confirmed this, but I believe
that he is a fairly high level initiate. The information I'm basing this
conclusion on is about 95% reliable. I've heard rumors of things like Trevor's
heavy backing of magical research for the military, and stories of him in
combat and such. I believe that he paid us an astral visit on Mount Rushmoor!
He is probably the "dark entity" that has been harassing the mages involved
in this caper! ]<<<<<
