TWELVE GUNNED DOWN IN TARISLAR MASS KILLING
A dozen SINless elves were found, ruthlessly executed, in North Tarislar.
The victims had been lined up facing a wall and machine-gunned to death:
several apparently had survived with wounds not immediately mortal, only
to be shot in the head at point-blank range.

According to Lone Star, who arrived two hours after the first panicked
calls, none of the dead had SINs. "This was probably the result of a faction
fight between organised crime groups." was the official response.

Local citizens had a different story, though, talking of heavily-armed
Humans seizing men and women at random and herding them off for
execution. Lone Star said these claims, along with the killings, were
"under investigation".
