>>>>>[I need a task - a rather 'wet' task, shall we say? - completed in
Denver. It should not be of particular difficulty, except that a
complicating factor is a narrow window of opportunity. Thus, it will be
more lucrative than most such work, plus travel expenses will be
generously reimbursed.

Contact me privately if you are interested and wish to learn more.]<<<<<

counter-threat requiring overpowering force) or neat (single or solitary
targets)? If the latter, I'm interested. If you are considering my
services, please provide more detail on the nature of the target and all
other constraints on the task for me to better evaluate if I am the best
person for this task. For example: is it required at a particular place,
by a particular time, or with a particular means? Please contact me at
your earliest convenience.]<<<<<

appeared to be accidental or natural, or otherwise not the result of
deliberate action; and I would rather not have additional casualties to
draw the eyes of the authorities.

The time window will be uncertain and somewhat narrow. More than two
weeks, less than four, is the best I can do at the moment. I will
continue to refine it as more information becomes available, but
circumstances are a little complex at the moment.]<<<<<

>>>>>[My skills are well suited to the nature of your task. Consider this
an application. The tardiness in my reply was due to my having to
contract suitable transport to Denver within your time frame.

If you would like me to be in the Denver area--on retainer, as it
were--waiting for your specific instructions as to the target, then I
would appreciate transportation expenses and a percentage up front. It
would cost me >>relatively stiff sum--indicative of not being transported
through normal channels<< to be in the area and 25% of the assignment fee
to remain in the area for those two weeks, ready at your beck and call.

My offer is, of course, pending final negotiation of the contract. If
this is acceptible, let us discuss terms and--if you feel open to
addressing the issue--the target (even if limited to nature and known
vulnerabilities and liabilities), so that I can begin specific planning.
In particular at this moment, if you able to such information, would you
care to address why the window is "uncertain and somewhat
narrow?"]<<<<<

>>>>>[Your financial prerequisites are not unreasonable. I had intended
to offer a fee of >>adequate sum<< with a per-day retainer of
>>amount<<
while you were waiting for your target: if you accept the job, I will
forward one-third of it to you as an advance.

Terms are simple. An individual will arrive in Denver, on a schedule
that is somewhat unpredictable (his departure will be known, he will
arrive in Denver between six and nine hours after that; he will stay for
between one and three days.

During his stay, he must be rendered completely incapable of fulfilling
the duties of a commercial pilot for no less than a week. The simplest
method of doing this would be to kill him.

(The reason for the uncertainty is that the target is co-pilot for a
small air haulage concern, whose scheduling and routes are notoriously
flexible.)

Is this sufficient information to allow you to make a decision?]<<<<<

>>>>>[I belive your information and offer are adequately complete for me
to make my decision. With the third in advance for the contracted service
and the addition of >>small percentage addendum<< as an expedited travel
cost, I will accept. In return, I will be in the Denver area in two weeks
and on retainer with you until such time as the mission is carried out.

I do not mean to presume, but if your plan includes replacement of this
person, do you require access to the remains of the person? I would need
to make further arrangements, both with you and a means to "preserve" your
target. If not, is it simply adequate for this person to completely
"disappear" rather than die in an appearant accident? I believe I have
means to make his disappearance less suspicious, such that his employer
will not expect his timely return and probably disuade a rigorous search
for his whereabouts.]<<<<<

>>>>>[Excellent. I appreciate your efficiency.

I had heard stories about the inefficiency and incompetence of the UCAS
shadow scene: it appears, to date, that they are false. I have been most
impressed with the calibre and candour of the individuals I have
employed and retained through this medium.

+++++include credit transfer: >>agreed amount<<

To answer your questions (and no presumption is assumed) I have no
interest whatsoever in the fate or disposition of the individual
concerned provided he is rendered obviously incapable of flying
commercial aircraft for at least seven days. You may do so by killing
him, by kidnapping him, by somehow invalidating his medical
certification; or by detaining him in a hotel room full of willing women
and blushing boys, for all that I care.

So long as he is unable to fly when I require him to be grounded, I will
be content. What happens after that week is not my concern.

Your target is Henry Toller, employed as a pilot with Arlott Air
Transport. He will fly into Stapleton as co-pilot of a cargo aircraft
sometime during the time window. I require that he be eliminated from
his flight-crew status before he departs.

Is this sufficient information? I prefer not to divulge too much, but I
would also rather not see your mission fail from lack of necessary
data]<<<<<
