I (we, I guess, his dad was all for the idea too) have been giving him
faked messages from Sondra since about the time he was awake again. He
thinks that she is on her way down to meet him and that she was delayed
slightly. I would like to go with that for a little while longer
until we can get him sedated enough to tell him.

This is not going to go well. I've already locked him out of most of his
assets so at least he wont spend himself into the poor house again.

You are a mage, right? Will you be able to knock him out or protect the
mundanes (like ME) if he he starts casting spells?

Do you know of anyone else I should talk with? His father is his only living
relative and he loves him above all else...even more than he loved Sondra, he
might be able to contain him if...]<<<<<

You've mentioned once while in a drunken stupor that there are things out
there, creatures beyond evil, more powerful than the Invae. I have
"spoken" (and I use that term loosely) with both Dunkelzahn and Rhonabwy
and they both hinted at the same thing. You just gonna let
these...things...the Invae...just win?!?! That's not you Kor. You
aren't a goddamn little pansy, ready to roll over at the slightest bit of
pain. Bear is strong; what about you? I had only myself to lean on when
I lost my family. I also ended up losing my job and my first fiance to
alcohol, and good old fashioned self pity. I made it out though. And
when I lost my second fiance, the one true love of my benighted,
miserable life, I crawled out of the bottle _real_ damn quick. What
drove me Kor? Frag if I know. You just have to go with your life,
regardless of how fragged up it is.

If you want to die, then fine. I can't, and won't stop you. It's a
man's own perogative to choose when he dies, if he indeed can. But do it
right. Make it so people will remember Kor as being a hero, not as some
drunken has-been. In other words, lets go find the sonofabitch that
killed your father. And make him suffer. Revenge, or retribution, is as
good a reason to live as any other. Trust me, I know a little something
about retribution. So crawl out of the damn bottle and find your way up
to Seattle. I'll have a first-class ticket up here waiting for you at
the SF airport. I'll be waiting for you.]<<<<<

I can't imagine they wouldn't be there, yet....

Tell you what, I can't get ahold of them from here, you're closer.
Try to get ahold of them at frequency >>>freq<<<. That's one of our
favorite tacchannels and they might be talking to each other on it,
if they've split up. But it should definately get them if they're in
the Rover.

Anyway, once you get ahold of them, give 'em a quick brief, and send
them in the general direction. They took one of the Panzers (great
little 'tank', we took a Land Rover, armored it, bulked it up, kicked
up the engine and strapped on a minigun, loads o' fun). With any
luck, the sensors on that will give them a better view. Or even
better, have you still got a Night Glider handy? Call Jac in and
have him give the place a look-see. If they're radiating heat or
making any noise, he might be able to find them.

Christ, I'd be up there if my leg was working worth a crap.

Some "friends of the family" stopped by the other day asking all types of
questions about Jace. I did my 'smile and nod' routine and I guess I snowed

I logged on here. It only took about an hour of searches before I found your

to. I guess it comes from being legit and all -- BLEAGH) of the hoop kickin'
you gave the Kittens. Good job. I still say you should have killed the
fraggers...they would have unloaded on Jace...you should have unloaded on them.
Fair is fair, right?

But, anyway, I checked out the vid, made some other checking around with my
friends and here I am.

Hey, before you get him all cleaned up, ask him if we can have a raise...
Just kiddin' again, he pays us pretty good here (and gives me a place to
hack from...serious bonusness). Tell him we love him. If he is like
conscious and stuff, tell him we landed a couple more security company
contracts, a few entertainment contracts, and the next version of the
hardware is nearly finished. Oh, and the burrito machine is broken
