Seems he's in London. Our usual informant tipped us on his exact
location, and I had time to arrange a tracker that followed him from an
airstrip outside London to this place. Unfortunatly, I've got only
partial footage, but the full report will follow within days.

The lights of the alley barely filter through the thick fog, filling
the air with a dim halo. Small puddles of water hug the cobblestone
sidewalks, dripping gently into a dark stromdrain. A sign can be seen
for afar, neons flickering, dying. The shadowy shape of a tall man
slowly makes it's way towards a door, under that sign. As he gets
closer, his traits become clearer. Not overly muscular, but
obviously well trained, like marathon runners of old. The dark nylon
shirt can be seen under a heavy leather longcoat. Water pearls on
his bald head, and his eyes are obscured by a facial tattoo, a
black stripe, covering both eyes, and circling around his head. A
sparkle on his left ear shows an earring, and as he raises his hand
to wipe his brow, the black nailpolish reflects the incoming light.
But more disturbingly, he looks pale, almost blueish, like some
frozen corpse. Raising his collar, he makes his way through the
door.

We lost him there. The team sent afterwards found nothing. I don't
know his destination, but I can confirm he's supposed to make his way
back to Seattle in the next few weeks. I suggest we take him out on
UCAS soil, therefore maximizing our deniability through our network
of officials. I expect an answer soon.]<<<<<
