The info I'm looking for, deals with Luo. (Yea, you know who I'm
talking about. Don't go trying to put off that you don't know Luo,
I know Wells told you.) There is a friend of mine who I think has been
painted a mark by Luo's Syndicate. I need to know, if it isn't Luo,
than who is it?


My friend just got back from a run in Chile. Since Wells was with us
down there I thought he might know something or at least remember
