point. He is currently SINless, and seems to have this destructive effect
on the towns he stays in too long. Gets restless I guess. So far the
gigs I'm almost (but not quite) positive he did are:
a) Blow my team to hell. I was the only survivor, the rest of my
friends and comrades died when a misssion went bad. He blew the building
too early. My team was still inside, except me. We were runnin for the
door as it blew. I made it out, they didn't. Luck of the draw I guess.
b) Blow up small towns with a vengence. If yer in a small town, and
this guy shows up:

get the fuck outta dodge.
c) Many minor traffic violations. Cops left dead after pulling him
over, etc.
d) Annoy me.

That about sums him up. Real sweet heart of a guy. Managed to make a bit
of money working for Aztlan when he still had a SIN, but thats all
changed now. He seems to have stolen a truckload of explosives(or some
shit like that, equivelent to a truckload, whatever) and uses them
judiciously on his friends and enemies. Current friends are Smiley. One
Troll in the whole city. Unless he hooked up with some Policlub. I think
he did the very recent Metahumans Year convention, but I'm not sure. Not
his usual MO, but then again, he never blows the same building up twice,
as the saying goes. Fee is >>encrypted 6figures<< for capture/death of
Boom Boom. He could be anywhere, and maybe got a face change, but his
aura is still the same. If you have any Magically inclined, I may be able
to teach spells/abilities and some cash for their assistance. I can give
them an aura description, they can work from there. So far, I've nailed
him to about half the city, the southern half. I'd guess he's holed up
somewhere planning his next explosion. Good luck and happy hunting. BTW,
if you need a trideo of what happened earlier today, I got it on tape :)
Seems like someone doesn't like you very much. For a slight decrease in
fee, I may be able to help keep them off your trail for a time. Depends
