Welcome back, ma'am.

"Update?"

We've narrowed the target area to somewhere in Europe and we're
concentrating our sattelite survillance there. However, there are too
many possible targets in the are-

+++++ WARNING!!!! Launch Detection! 4 Aerospace combat fighters lifting
off from Kennedy, heading NE. Approximate target area: Europe.
Additional information unavailable at this time. +++++

"Now thing's are getting serious. Eliminate Britain from the knowbot and
Fuchi decker targets. That leaves how many?

10 possible targets in Europe. And the computer says that the Aerospace
fighers lifting off from Kennedy are doing so fully armed. ETA to most
of Europe is 12 to 18 minutes at current velocities and known Ares thrust
per vehicle profiles. Move assets to intercept, ma'am?

"Not yet. Wait until we have a better idea where they're heading. How
about our fighters. Will they be in range to drop and defend assets in
Europe?"

Yes. Recommend we launch troops from Krasnoyarsk for Europe. We have
troops we were going to put into place around Phenom Pehn already loaded
and we can have an additional company from London or Krasnoyarsk in the air
within 10 minutes. Also recommend that we launch via ballistic
transport. ETA from London to anywhere in Europe will be less than 20
minutes, and from Krasnoyarsk les than 40.

"Send the loaded forces immediately. ETA?"

Less than 30 minutes. They're already in the air.

Already done. They went active the instant a problem developed.

"Footprints overlapping. It's not Linz.... Target area is Warsaw.
Divert assets to Warsaw. Warn them."

Computer reports jamming is sattelite and low-altitude aircraft
generated. Communications unable to peirce jamming at this time.
Attempting landlines.....landlines have been cut. That means there's
ground assets.

"Contact the aerospace fighters. Tell them to destroy the sats and
splash the parts near Warsaw. Will there be anything large enough to
damage the city?"

No, not with the weapons we pack on the Wyverns. Aerospace contact in 2
minutes. All the debris will burn up prior to ground contact. It'll be
one hell of a show.

"That's what I'm counting on."

I've also remodified trajectory for the transport from Krasnoyarsk.
ETA: 18 minutes. ]<<<<<
