The second on the left wit de black an grey tiger striped camo is called
Starburst. De patch on his sleeve indicates dat he is a CAS Black Brigade
captain. He went AWOL 'bout a year ago. I worked wit him in Chicago. He
was de coordinator for a 10 person extraction team. He's real smooth and
mean. I've tried to track him down, but the last I heard of him was a run
into Tir. Dat was two months ago and he hasn't shown up again until now.
His run to Tir was finnanced through a fixer named Seth Williams. I'll see
where that goes.
A ganger I know said dat some big trucks were seen in de barrens. It sounded
like some major rebuilding of an abandoned warehouse. I doubt dis is related,
but who knows?
Who's all workin' on dis run anyway?? I also think we should start encrypting
info dat has to do wit dis run as ENCRYPT: ##BABYCAKES## to reduce da
congestion on da board.
