there is proven bribery in a trial, that is grounds for a mistrial. That as a
mistrial, the proceedings and any results are null and void. Thus for all legal
purposes, you have not been tried for those charges. A new trial can be called
by the State. Double Jepardey does not apply to Action Jackson. In any case
the Public Menace (HMHVV Infection) charge cannot be dropped. That is clearly
stated in HMHVV Codes. ]<<<<<
