Solonus is still being forced to pose as a member of the Universal Brotherhood.
I do not have his current location, as the Matrix is taking a beating right
now, but he is almost undoubtably trying to get out himself.

Your brother is alive, but injured, and is resting in a hospital at

from his injuries. From what I've figured out, he was attacked by bugs while
looking for your friend.

As for you, your apartment complex is a fun place. Take a gun and get out.
The fire escape is not going to work, but the elevator shaft is currently
unoccupied. It also leads down to a way out.

Quickling, get to Champaign. Now. Your only way out is going to be through
the tunnels under the city, where the trolls live. You know the place.

Follow this map. And be fragging careful, Quickling. It'll take you a while
to get anywhere, probably. See if you can get out a few miles south of the
city (be thankful you're on the South Side), and get out.

how to get there. It's in Peoria...and from there, we're getting to Champaign.
