An' I don't mean the grass. Lotsa new people have shown up lately.
Has the Seattle Chamber of Commerce started recruiting new blood?

Anyway, my point:
I've noticed a lot of the new arrivals are horning in on other
people's specialties. Namely, this ShadowDragon character sounds
like he's tryin' ta imitate Morgue. An' some sniper that showed
up a coupla weeks ago sounds like maybe he idolizes Durandal. Maybe
we need to introduce the First Annual Shadow Olympics. That way
runners with similar specialties can pit themselves in contest that
relate to the specialty. Then we can set up a rating system that our
Johnsons and Fixers can use to gague ability. This might just improve
everybody's employablity.

On the other hand, a "Shadow Olympics" opf some sort seems to be a little....
interesting? And I think gague is spelled gauge, actually. (English isn't my
first language, I just slot it.)]<<<<<

anyone, although I do respect those who can get the job done right.

I have this feeling that you were talking about my decker with that comment
about the sniper. He also does enjoy watching a craftsman at work, but
as with all of us, he is an entity of his own with his own personality,
and his own ability to survive any trial and not end up pushing up green.

It would be wiser to have the newer blood on your side than behind your back.

And, finally, as to your idea for a Shadow Olympics, it sounds like a
really great way to call down the heat. If it happens don't expect us to
be there.]<<<<<
