Here's why: A)If SIGA is still active, a snatch like that destroys its
cover. Deny it all you want to the news media, but once they pull
something so public, they're going to be in the light. B) If it wasn't
SIGA, I'm SURE that the Powers that be who were behind the SIGA will
NOT take it well that somebody was trading on their rep. Kinda like
wearing another gang's color and kacking somebody, and watching the
fuzz come down like the proverbial ten ton hammer on the poor innocent
bastards (well, innocent in this instance, anyway) Keep your heads
down, omae. It's about to get messy, and unlike my usual line of work,
