Greetings. My name is Charlie Fingers, bringing you the news as honest and
undiluted as news can be, and my topic today is the continuing saga of Maxim
Arms and the Corporate Court.
Today, in a surprise move, Maxim Arms brought yet another case before the
Corporate Court in a show of bravado that exceeds what most analysts belive is
the healthy maximum for an individual corporation. This litigation shows that,
as of the time of filing, Maxim Arms has proof of the involvement of Saeder-
Krupp Heavy Industries in several illegal ventures including the recent
attacks on one the holdings of one of thier security contracts, Austin
Commercial. The spokesperson from Saeder-Krupp has called this accusation
preposterous and is calling for an immediate mandate against Maxim Arms.
However, with the recent attacks on Maxim contracters and even Maxim property,
this mandate would be likely only if Maxim proves to be fraudulant in thier
presentation of evidence.
The Court is currently in recess analyzing the evidence and considering whatever
action they will take, if any, against the two parties. We'll be back with
more news on this most intriguing of developments as news becomes available.
This has been Charlie Fingers.
