>>>>>College?!?!?!? You must be joking. Any subject you wish to learn can
be learned with greater entertainment on the streets. And that includes
Greek and Latin. Especially since you can access this board, just post
your intellectual request, and I'm sure someone can point you towards an
entertaining (possible being blackmailed, but nonetheless entertaining)
tutor. Going off to college would not only be a complete bore, it would
also be a total waste of time and energy. Your future career depends not
on your book-learning (which may be fun, but hardly brings in the Y for
most of us here), but on keeping a sharp street edge (or matrix edge, or
magic edge, etc ad nauseum...). Indeed, I find myself hard pressed to
come up with a bigger waste of your money and talent than formal education.
Heck, even flat out retirement would be better, because then you can be an
authoritative mystery figure like Dr. Doom (at least for those who don't
already know you). College is such a waste--the people are rich, close-
minded weenies under the thumb of some corp living in a perverse Ivory
Tower far away from reality without a shred of imagination. At best, they
play silly games for entertainment like AD&D or Star Wars, and never get
out in the REAL world and feel the adrenalin rush of real danger--now
that's entertainment. Trust me, college is a wasteland for the
terminally boring.]<<<<<

>>>>>[I forgot one more thing DOA: when you go to the amusement park, ask
Highlander about "The Mall" (there is only one). Then watch his face
turn purple. And hit him up for all the entertainment you can get: I happen
to know he just made a big score and has far too money than is healthy for
a male member of the species. Just pout--he can't stand that. Enjoy
yourself.]<<<<<
