This is being crossposted to all four HEARN shadowrun lists. You may see
this many times. Cope.

-----------

I will be going out of town on the morning of Wednesday, August 18 to
visit family in the New Orleans area. I will be returning on Wednesday,
September 8th.

In order to keep the 3 weeks of mail from blowing away /usr/spool/mail,
(and really pissin off the system administrator) I will be setting SHADOWRN
and SHADOWTK to nomail during my absense. I will continue to get mail from
both TOME and PLOT-D.

As no one volunteered to act as temporary administrator, all
administrative problems should be directed to POSTMASTER@*****.BITNET. In
an effort to maintain the postmaster's sanity, though, please save any
non-urgent problems for when I get back.

-------

All shadowtalk distributions will be on hold during my absence for obvious
reasons.

Requests for subscription to PLOT-D will not be honored until I've had a
chance to process my mail, adding any new characters to the cast and
verifying subscriptions.

Upon my return, TOME will begin the process of selecting those submissions
for the final net.book, with the project hopefully nearing completion by
the end of October.

----------------------------

INDIVIDUAL LIST INSTRUCTIONS:

SHADOWRN:
Be nice. Have fun. Hold the flaming down. 'nuff said.

SHADOWTK:
Be nice. Have fun. Hold the munchkinism down. Format correctly.
Don't destroy the world. 'nuff said.

PLOT-D:
It is up to you to keep an eye on the everyone to make sure the
storylines maintain SOME semblence of reality. Also keep an eye out for
bad formatters (but BE NICE ABOUT IT).

TOME:
Keeps the submissions coming. Right now we have 303k worth of
stuff to choose from! Let's make it an even 1MB if we can.

What is the SHADOWRN list? Is it different from the SHADOWTK list, content wise? I'm
finding the TK list mildly interesting, but it's full of EVERYTHING BUT street types;
corps and movers and shakers and what nots; not street level
little disappointed.
Anyways, please respond soonest with info; would be much appreciated!
