How old does the tunnel appear to be?

"It's fresh. Somewhat. Fresher than most. Wait! We just went under a
sewer, heading north-north-west. Size, probably three feet in diameter,
old concrete. It's cold. I'd say disused. Can you get our realspace?"

Patterson, can is there any change?

"No. Still faint mana. Something happened here recently though, I'm sure
of it."
