1) What I have managed to recover from the New Year's Eve fiasco is

I apologize for the lengthy delay in all the report, but I had a lot to
deal with in my recovery from that night. Please pass it and my
condolences on to Lilith.

2) Due to a shifting of my responsibilities within JICES, I find myself
in a very unique position now that JICES has gone public -- namely, I'm
no longer involved in the day to day operations of my own company.

After pulling a quick job for a one-time associate of Lynch's
(Midnight), I have decided to contact a few places that I was willing
to consider future employment. As far as government work is concerned,
my list is: SIGA, DEA, and the FBI.

At this time, I'm open to offers, although I don't want to create bad
blood between the agencies. I have made everyone aware of the other
government branches I'm considering working for. In particular, I have
been talking to >>encyrpted<< and >>encrypted<<.

My goal is to work for the agency that I compliment the existing team
the most. (One of the reasons I'm not applying to NSA.) Let me know
where we go from here. ]<<<<<
