We are still investigating the number of claimants and likely perpetrators, but
we seriously doubt it was an act of Shadowrunners. Updates every half hour on

>>>>>[Chance, let's put it this way, a lot was explained in the meeting,
but even more was made unknown. It's like the more you know, the more
you know that you don't know. All my life I've had a series of
coincidences follow me around. Some good, some bad. Some of it was
explained - others weren't.

It's really scary or strange, I'm not sure which, to be meeting the mother
you never had for the first time at age 18. I'm really glad we met, but
at the same time, it leaves me with more questions than answers.

Well, other news... I'm going to try out for the Renraku sponsored
Seattle Barracuda corporate minor league team. A friend of mine from the
mission is on the team staff and called me up out of the blue this
morning asking me if I wanted to try out for the team. I love
running the shadows, but it's even more unpredictable than anything
else. I guess that's one of the things I love about it. But at the same
time, I need some stability in life. The starting pay on the team is
reasonable, not great (great medical benifits, though!)... hopefully it's
add the element of stability I need. Wish me luck.]<<<<<

>>>>>[Well Laurissa, we're all happy for you. You do what you feel you
must.
After all, the Shadows aren't for everybody. If you want to take a break and
go legit, feel free. We'll be around, and we'll come see you play every once
in a while. If you ever need to crash anywhere, give us a call. There are
always a couple extra beds.

If you ever need anything that we can help you with, give us a call. We're
gonna be gone this weekend, but we'll be back in the plex before too long.
Have a good weekend, and I hope you find what you're looking for. You're like
the little sister I wish I had.

Talk to ya later, Lauri.]<<<<<
