I don't really relish the idea of running the Star's system if I dont have
to. Do you think you could talk to your friends and see if they can get a
copy of this case file?

File: MP-060661.09
Name: Sarah Nicole Anderson

I appreciate it. You can forward the copy to >>>Encrypted Node
Address<<<.
Also, could you let me know if they can't get it? Time may be of the essence
here, and the sooner I know the score, the easier it will be to come from
behind.

Thanks again, man.]<<<<<

Casey, I need you to get something for me, if you
possibly can - a copy of a case file:

Name: Sarah Nicole Anderson

Can do?

Sorry about being incommunicado for a while. Let's get
together soon, huh?

Love ya, babe. ]<<<<<

>>>>>[Wow... I had forgotten how tough it could be to track down the node
address for this place. Maybe Widow's right, and I have been legit for too
long.

Naaah. It feels like I'm coming home after an extended vacation.

Heyo there chum-pals! This is the Coyote, back in the shadows again. Did you
miss me?

(Hell, with the turnover the shadow industry gets, I'd be amazed if
anybody even remembers me around here.)

Anyway, I've been back in the 'plex for a couple of weeks now, getting my
feet back under me, and looking up old friends and connections. Seems like
most of the folks I knew "back in the day" have moved on to greener pastures
of one kind or another. Kind of makes me feel old, come to think of it.

I didn't even think I'd ever be back, to be honest. But Widow tracked me
down, and I was never able to turrn down a damsel in distress (even if said
damsel can outfit a small tactical strike force with the gear in her storage
room).

For those of you who knew us "back in the day", Chance and Widow got married
(that shouldn't really come as a surprise, given the soap opera that played
out between them in this forum) and had a daughter a couple of years ago.
She's almost five, and her name's Sarah.

She disappeared three weeks ago, and things aren't looking too good right
now. I was hoping that I could get some help from all you friendly
sociopaths out there.

Right now I don't have too much information to go on. Lone Star isn't
sharing whatever clues they have, especially with somebody with only
"marginally" connected to the case (like me). Let me take some time to
gather what info I can (which will almost certainly require a little
intrusion into the case files) and I'll pass it along to you.

I just thought I'd give you a heads up about this, and to keep an eye out.
This attachment is a recent photo of Sarah.

+++++ Attachment: Sarah.pic

She was last seen in Tacoma, down towards the southern end of Route 167
(near Auburn and Puyallup). Our best guess is that she's being held in the
Barrens somewhere, but without knowing who (or why) she was taken, it's all
just pure speculation.

We hope she wasn't grabbed by some homicidal pedophile or something, and
that there is actually some motive (other than sick thrills) behind her
disappearance. We suspect that some irate client is involved (Widow has made
a few enemies the past couple of years -- inevitable when you're a fixer),
and this is some sort of twisted revenge.

Whatever happened to the days when they would just take potshots at you from
a distance with high-powered weaponry?

Anyway, for now just keep an eye out, and post whatever info you may come
across on this node. We'll all be keeping an eye out here.

And guys, thanks in advance.]<<<<<

way back when, although I don't think our paths ever crossed.

Please forward any additional info that you find on Sarah to my address, as
well. In a case like this, you're likely to come across details that could do
her more harm than good, if dumped onto the Public boards. And we'll keep a
look-out for her. For some strange reason, "lost children extractions" have
become a specialty of ours, lately.]<<<<<
