Explain your actions. You must by now be aware that the launching pad used
by your vehicle, when taking fueling and arming for your illegal and
intolerable operation this evening, has now been destroyed. We do not
believe this to be a coincidence.]<<<<<

I received the order to do what I did through a channel that was
established earlier this year by Chiba HQ. A system was set up whereby my
personal e-mailer would receive and alert me to targets given by an
unidentified Renraku field operative. At first I refused to accept the
channel as genuine, but I was flown to Chiba (refer travel documentation
file DF-4519) and convinced by a group of menacing individuals who were
part of the security division there.

It would seem possible that my actions at the direction of the unidentified
operative have resulted in damage to the arcology, and for this I am deeply
remorseful. However, the operative must have had good reason for the
target. I am on my way to see you to provide any more information that can
help in the response to this evening's occurences.]<<<<<
