I am sending this out to my comrades Dorian and Etsy. I think this is a fortut-
ious time for a Grand Alliance between us. As the cards are now, the resolution
of this matter could be vital to us and the Tir. If we gather our forces and
project power, we can destroy the shadowrunners against us, while dominating
the remaining runners (they should be under our control). We will then use this
